Cancellation and Modification Policy
We Create Your Cakes with Care and Attention
Please review the following details carefully:
- Orders require a minimum of 14 days' notice, subject to availability. We can accommodate 3-4 cakes per week and tend to fill up quickly, particularly on weekends.
- To secure your desired date, pre-ordering on this website is necessary. This is due to high demand and limited availability. After payment, we'll arrange a design consultation and provide the remaining balance details, if applicable.
- The prices listed cover fully decorated cakes with a basic design.
- Additional charges may apply based on flavor, size, color, and customization level.
- Adjusting height for more servings is possible at an extra cost.
- Kindly note that we operate as cottage food operators and do not have a physical store location.

Medium (10-18 servings) 6"" round x 6"" tall, 6-layer cake
Two-tier cake
Mini (6-8 servings)
- Top tier: 4"" round, 3"" tall 3-layer cake
- Bottom tier: 6"" round, 2"" tall, 2-layer cake
Small (18-26 servings)
- Top tier: 4"" round, 4"" tall, 4-layer cake
- Bottom tier: 6"" round, 5"" tall, 5-layer cake
Medium (30-45 servings)
- Top tier: 5"" round, 5"" tall 5-layer cake
- Bottom tier: 7"" round, 5"" tall, 5-layer cake
Large (45-60 servings)

Pick-Up Guidelines:
- Pick up your order from our Fort Lee, NJ studio.
- The studio address will be provided in your order confirmation.
- Ensure enough space for the cake in your air-conditioned vehicle, away from direct sunlight.
- Place the cake on a flat surface like the passenger's footwell. Avoid placing it on the car seat or in someone's lap.
- If using the trunk, ensure the back seats are folded down to allow cool air to flow through.
Delivery Information:
- Displayed base fees. Actual cost based on distance, travel duration, delivery time, and cake size. Charged if order exceeds estimate.
- Delivery option: Curbside delivery.
- We offer delivery through our in-house service, Uber Connect, or Korean Cab delivery.
- In-house delivery is available on weekends, subject to availability and an additional charge.
- Please designate someone to retrieve the cake from the delivery vehicle upon arrival.
- For medium 2-tier and larger cakes, we recommend pick-up or in-house delivery.
- Note: Once the cake leaves our studio, we are not responsible for its handling or placement.
Cake Set-Up Service:
- Additional cost cake set-up service available on weekends.
- Advanced arrangement required, subject to availability.
- Cancellations and modifications (e.g., size, flavor, design) must be made at least 14 days before the fulfillment date.
- Full payment is required no later than 14 days prior to the fulfillment date.
- Orders canceled with more than 14 days' notice will receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled within 14 days of the fulfillment date will not be refunded.
