No, we do not have a physical store. We are licensed cottage food operators, and all orders are made to order and picked up from our studio in Palisades Park (07650).

Where is Peory L’atelier Cake located?
We operate under a cottage food license, so we do not have a physical storefront. All cakes are made from our licensed studio in Palisades Park, NJ (07650). You can search “PEORYCAKE” on Google Maps for the pickup location.

How do I place an order?
To place an order:
– Submit the order form with your deposit.
– We will schedule a design consultation via email.
– Make the final payment before the order is confirmed.

What is your notice period for cake orders?
We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for all orders, provided we have availability. Please note that we have limited capacity and are often fully booked, especially on weekends.

Can I place a last-minute order?

What are the two learning paths?
Floral Foundations: Covers essential techniques and skills at a comfortable pace.
Floral Artistry: Intensive course focused on complex techniques and advanced skills.
We recommend taking Foundations first to build a strong base before moving to Artistry.
What are the prerequisites?
Floral Foundations: No prior experience needed.
Floral Artistry: Completion of Floral Foundations or a similar course, plus a portfolio.
What’s the course structure?
4 days, 6-7 hours per day
Small classes of 1-2 students
Four consecutive days (Monday-Thursday), Two sets of two days (Monday-Tuesday)

We feel that online courses may not effectively convey these specialized skills, especially for those without advanced prior experience.
Why are there two courses?
The detailed techniques take time to master, so the two-course structure allows students to learn in stages – first building a foundation, then refining advanced skills. This enables students to gain in-depth knowledge and lots of practice.
Can I take both courses together?
No, it’s best to take them sequentially, completing Foundations first before moving on to Artistry. The courses are intensive, so focusing on one at a time allows you to fully absorb the skills.
Can I change my course dates after they’re fixed?
Once course dates are fixed, it is difficult to make changes. Please ensure you can commit to the agreed schedule before booking.
Are there make-up classes for missed sessions?
No, there are no make-up classes for missed sessions.
What level of commitment is expected from participants?
We ask that you approach the course with dedication and respect for the exclusive nature of the techniques taught. This course represents a significant investment in your skills and future business.
What’s the registration deadline?
The registration deadline is at least 5-7 weeks prior to the course start date due to our cake booking schedule.
Why do I need to submit the registration form quickly?
Submitting the registration form as soon as you receive it allows us to tailor the curriculum to your specific needs, skill level, and goals. This ensures we can provide you with a personalized learning experience that meets your individual objectives

Special Requests and Customizations
Can I request a custom cake design?
Yes, we are happy to work with you to create a unique cake design. Please note that we only create buttercream floral cakes and do not replicate designs from other bakers.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We use all-natural, organic ingredients in our cakes, but please note that we are not able to accommodate specific dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, vegan) at this time.
